Great 4 Season Home in Lake Harmony Estates. Walk to the lake, beach, or tennis court! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8-10 very comfortably. Home features living room with propane fireplace and Fire TV, full kitchen, dining room, 3-season sun porch with a propane stove (Great room to watch deer and turkey), and a deck with picnic table and propane grill. Enjoy your favorite drink with friends and family while sitting around the fire pit.
Close to restaurants, golf courses, Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Areas, Split Rock Resort that features an indoor water park, a beach bar, bowling, and arcade. House is about 20 minutes from the Mt. Airy Casino and a short drive to white water rafting, hiking trails, and numerous parks.

We came here for New Year's with another family. Our party consisted of 6 kids, and we had a wonderful time. The living room with the fireplace is so cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back room is a great bonus space and heats up quickly when you put the fireplace on. They have so many games that we played, and the house was immaculate. I have high standards for cleanliness, and it was absolutely up to par. We went snow tubing at Big Boulder, which was awesome and literally 5 minutes from the house. They have many restaurants and food options nearby. I highly recommend Nick’s for dinner; the outside doesn’t do it justice. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-maintained home. The house was comfortably furnished and well equipped. Everything was in great working order, which made for a worry-free experience.The neighborhood is peaceful and feels nicely tucked away, offering a sense of privacy and quiet—yet it’s still conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and several excellent restaurants right in town. We had a wonderful stay! Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We could not get the fireplace to light but other than that our stay was perfect! The area was perfect - lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely return on our next trip to Lake Harmony.

Great choice in the Poconos.

Very clean and well organized house. Host was extremely accommodating with several items, since we were flying in. Heat and fire place worked great keeping the house warm. Girls weekend getaway

We loved the location of this property and the authentic cabin feel. The two sitting rooms were great, and we especially enjoyed the back sun room overlooking the forest. We would certainly come back here again. For the rate, we felt like we got a good value and it had everything we needed to have a very pleasant time. We even had a bear sighting!!

This house was perfect for our family with sleeping arrangements. With a mix of adults and kids, immediate and not immediate family there was a place for everyone to sleep. The house was very clean. Air conditioning was great in all rooms. Bonus sunroom was nice to sit in and had an extra place to sleep if needed. Would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation at the Lake Harmony Estates Get-Away at the Benner's house

This was our 2nd stay (2024) and it was just as nice as last year (2023). The Benner's keep everything you need at the home, it was perfect when we showed up - no issues at all, and it's in a really great location for everything the Pocono's has to offer. I want to add that having the 2nd living area off the kitchen really makes the home kid friendly. We definitely recommend their nice cozy home!

We stayed in late August at this lovely home and loved all of it! The home was very clean, plenty of room (we had 3 adults and 5 kids), and everything a family needs (all kitchen equipment, loads of games, clear directions, and hints on what to do)! Lovely Lake Harmony visit

This home was cute and cozy just as advertised. We loved the home and neighborhood. Just what we needed for a short getaway. The home was clean and the hosts very easy to work with. We appreciated the many recommendations. Love all the deer roaming. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the beach parking. The lot needs some upkeep.
