You can gather in the private Hot Tub, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, or gather around the Smokeless Propane Gas Fire Pit in 8 comfortable Adirondack chairs for conversation and planning for your next adventure.
To enhance your stay, we provide one 20 lbs propane gas tank for the Fire Pit at no extra cost. Additionally, the outdoor gas grill is available for your barbecuing pleasure throughout your stay, without the need for an additional gas tank.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring additional cars, please let us know, as there's an overflow parking lot that's just a short walk (5 minutes away). Please note that street parking and parking in the yard are not permitted.

★★ We understand furry friends are family too! ★★
Any vacation isn’t the same without your pets, is it? With that in mind, you're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs with you during your stay, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching, and each weighs 60 lbs or less. For your convenience, we provide a range of amenities specifically tailored for your four-legged companions, from a dog crate, plush blanket, towels, toys, dog bed, leash, bowls for food and water, and even poop bags. We've tried to think of everything to ensure your pet feels right at home.
Please note that a PET ADDENDUM must be completed prior to your arrival. Don't hesitate to request information about our pet addendum policy before confirming your booking. This addendum will outline all the rules and regulations surrounding pet ownership on the property, including any associated fees.

Take advantage of the on-site amenities at the Boulder Lake Club, which features 2 heated inground swimming pools by the lake and a private white sand beach for your enjoyment. You can also rent boats, canoes, kayaks, or pontoons to explore the surrounding area or spend a leisurely day fishing.
The club is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, giving you plenty of opportunities to make the most of your time there.

We have actively recording cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house which record video and audio. Absolutely NONE of the cameras are located on the interior of the house. There is also a smart home device ('Minut") on the ceiling in the dining room which actively records noise decibel level. It does NOT record audio or video.
