"Cleanliness of the hotel could be a lot better. There was dust and hair all over the back of the head board and counter tops. You could really see it all when the sun was shining. Definitely isn’t dusted/wiped down between guests.
Service was quick and great every time at the lookout cafe and our Jamaican server (I wish I remembered his name!!) was amazing at lakeside.
The grounds workers keep everything absolutely impeccable!!!!! We raved over their work all week.
