Beautiful, well-maintained property with excellent service, a pool, and good food. The only drawback to this property is it's location: it's situated between two towns, and you can't easily walk to either. But if you want to sit by a pool with a gorgeous view of Lake Garda, this is a great spot.

One of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at.
What a great hotel. Lovely old building, modern bathrooms, beautiful gardens, amazing pool. Generous breakfast and superb evening meal for special occasion. Very friendly staff. Most guests arrive by taxi from the airport or in a prestigious German automobile. We arrived by bus, stop just below the hotel. It’s 5 star for a reason but we caught the local bus to dine out in local villages as well as enjoying hotel dinners.

This hotel was absolutely great. The views over the lake are outstanding, the facilities top class, the rooms spacious and well presented, the food and drink immense and most importantly the staff extremely attentive and helpful. Couldn’t fault the stay at all. The location is also brilliant for navigating different parts of the Lake.

Disappointing room quality, but great pool
We paid €300 per night for our room, which we felt excessive because the room was in poor condition and 3 star quality. However the pool and breakfast experiences were very good.

It’s located on top of the hil . It overlooks the Beautiful Lake Garda . It feels like royalty staying in the property. The pool is so nice . The food is delicious. Florin is the best chef . The restaurant Maximillian is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk Sabrina and Grazie are helpful. They were able to arrange a rental car for us easily. They are very friendly and very accommodating. The villa is beyond beautiful. You can walk and hike around the property. Overall we had a good time.

Dear Mr. Trubow, we regret so much that you couldn't experience our restaurant the day of your arrival...and not because black people are not allowed in our restaurant but only because it was really fully booked... And when we offered you the opportunity to eat at our American bar on the terrace, you decided to have dinner in your room....Sometimes when you have to say NO to somebody, it doesn't mean that you are rude... maybe it's only because you are not able to do something as you would like to...Regards La Direzione

This was our 6th short stay at this hotel. As always the reception staff and restaurant staff were wonderful. The bathrooms have finally, recently been updated, this was long overdue. The rooms have also been slightly modernised, but they are a bit of a mush mash between old and new. They do not provide bottled water in the evening although there is a turn down service. The pool area is lovely, the water was just about warm enough to get into, it is unseated. There is no pool attendant to help move sun beds or parasols so guests feel slightly neglected in the pool area. In today’s market of luxury hotels, I feel this is more four star than five star. It’s finest feature is its huge terrace, with its magnificent lake view, where breakfast and dinner are served on warm mornings and evenings. It is a traditional hotel with an aging clientele. A shuttle bus service is advertised but this is no longer available at the hotel.

Wonderful staff and situation, somewhat coloured by constant traffic noise from the very busy road below. Our room was tiny, with the bathroom door hitting the toilet bowl, it was so confined. The sink was of the silly design fad where no plug is available, just constant (wasted) water flowing down the waste.

I took my wife here for a surprise birthday treat and all I can say is I was very impressed with my choice!! I only went by reviews and was not disappointed at all! Staff are very friendly and helpful, always on hand to give advice and make any arrangements you wish. Hotel itself is very clean and probably has one of the best views I have seen overlooking Lake Garda. Highly recommend this one!!

the hotel and staff are wonderful and can not do enough for you, food in the restaurant is fantastic and the waiter service was what you think a 5 star should be. the hotel is in a great location to visit different places on the lake and has a great over the lake.

My daughter felt like a princess in the beautiful villa and both kids had a great time in the pool (despite the rainy weather). We spent a lot of time exploring the extensive grounds. The view from our room was wonderful. I do think it was a good thing we had a car though, as the towns within walking distance are very small.

Fantastic spot only 5 minutes from the Gardine Rivera. The long sweeping road up to the hotel was a motorbike riders dream, hairpin bends all the way. We were greeted by lovely people who made us very welcome. We were only in our room 5 minutes when we were delivered a bottle of Prosseco and the most delicious maccarroons. Lovely start to our 5 days. The view from our little balcony were breathtaking, we could see for miles. The terrace is huge, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, quality of food at every meal including snacks, excellent, and in the evening the chef was always around checking you were happy, which we most certainly were. Ideal place for either just taking a break or for touring, highly recommend.

Wonderful location with breathtaking views of Lake Garda. Exceptional service from all staff. It was our fifth short stay at the hotel and we shall return.It would be fantastic if the outside pool could be heated in May, it was far too cold to swim in. Complimentary water in the room should also be a must for a five star hotel. Despite those two minor points we loved our stay there.

Wonderful setting and suberb views with swimming pool/ terraces overlooking the lake. Staff very friendly and service was good except slow at dinner Traditional decor and common parts are getting a bit tired and need some refurbishment, but I would still go back a third time for a relaxing weekend.

Deux petits améliorations souhaitables à ce niveau: Une caféière serait bienvenue dans la chambre. A cette saison, avoir une terrasse dans la chambre est très agréable, mais ne pas en profiter car il n'y a pas d'éclairage est dommage.
