"Pool was enjoyable as well as grounds facilities such as pingpong table, pool, pickleball, tennis. Basketball, shuffleboard and fitness classes including yoga for my wife. Beautiful and well kept grounds for daily walk."

"The breakfast buffet was always Top Notch with the eggs potatoes sausage and Waffles. On the other side there was some cold foods as well I didn't go over there. Always coffee juice milk was available. Usually plenty of seating by the pool enough you want to get out and play a little basketball there's a basketball court on side as well."

Even after your staff acknowledged the oversight, no effort was made to correct the situation or offer a meaningful solution. What is most concerning is the lack of consideration shown for both myself and my child after these accommodations were not met. This experience fell well below expectations, and the absence of any attempt to rectify the inconvenience only added to the frustration"
