"The room was below standard. The shades were broken, the curtains were torn, and the shower handle was slightly broken. I've had better rooms in prior stays, but the attendant that checked me in, upon my arrival, chose to give me a dubpar room. Why, I'm not sure. I expect better at my next stay. Thank you"

"Overall, service and cleanliness was subpar. I stayed for 7 nights and only requested my room be cleaned one time. They did not change sheets. The only supplies that were restocked were towels. No coffee cups or creamer, no plastic cups, no toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper, no tissues.  One day when requesting a box of tissues I was told they didn't have any! The bathroom cleaning was sloppy as well. Thick layer of dust in the bathroom vent.  Bathtub stopper was broken so the water continued to drain. The bathtub was beat up. The couch and floor needed to be vacuumed. Several lamps but they did not provide adequate lighting. Mini frig was very small and did not have a freezer section.  Furniture, carpet and curtains were old, worn and outdated as well.   No room service and you had to order food at the bar. The kitchen closed at 8:30! The phones in the rooms did not work . Skeleton staff. My key got deactivated one day prematurely and I had to wait in a long line due to only one person at the front desk most of the time.  The elevators were sluggish and at times didn't work.  There was a faulty fire alarm early one morning around ​6 AM and the noise was deafening!​ It was a false alarm due to the​ hotel's faulty fire system​. ​ The hot tub was not hot. A couple of times there were no clean towels by the pool but instead a large pile of used ones. When leaving the pool area one day there was a pile of feces right by the exit gate! Overall very disappointed!"

"Everything was great, the staff was courteous and quick with responding to any requests. Very clean and comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was fine- they could space it out a bit better. All the hot items were placed in one corner so there was always a rush in one corner. The room was bad - our toilet wasn’t working properly- the water kept running. We told the front desk but non one came to fix it. We had to keep fixing it ourselves. We had multiple rooms and one of the rooms has bed bugs in it. "

"Room was clean enough. Safe environment. Overall comfortable. Room was partial redone but still had a cigarette smoke odor that we had to grab a wax warmer to keep on while we were there. Everything else was good! "

"Lovely home! Super clean, beautiful fenced-in back yard for the dog. The host was friendly and responsive. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!"
