"Comfortable and cosy, beautiful gardens, lovely deck outside to sit in the sun a with a cuppa and a book. Quiet area, but close enough to everything if you want to go out. Lots of beautiful local walks, birdlife, easy access to fishing. Pop over the bridge to a handy supermarket, or walk down the road for a coffee at the local bakery. The host, Kevin, does everything possible to ensure your stay is a truly enjoyable holiday! We will be going back as soon as possible!"

"Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck."

"Great little cottage in a perfect location. Mix up with notifications and keys saw us sitting outside the property waiting for access code to get in. The rest of our stay went wonderfully, will stay there again"

"Called oz realty. Lovely girls in the office brought towels to help with the leaking front door. Continual leaks meant we walked on sodden towels for three days. Or had to mop up puddles in the kitchen. Very LOUD plumbing and toilet had to be turned off at night because it was running constantly. This was a great little studio. Beautifully appointed and an amazing comfy bed. Shame that building/maintenance issues have been overlooked"

"The only toilet had access available only externally, very inconvenient after sunset in dark and cold breeze. Mould on bedroom joinery and in shower, and a lot of incomplete joinery with gaps and rot and rising damp evident. No hot water plumbed to bathroom vanity."

"Have recently stayed at a delightful, secluded and very cosy cottage at Bawley Ridge Farm.Cam and Bill are definitely “super- hosts” andCam, as well as decorating and making beautiful curtains, cooked us a delicious curry and a welcome basket of goodies while Bill had the stove and outdoor fire pit ready to light on our arrival. It was a delight to wander and make friends with the Llamas,goats, geese and peacocks but the cottage is fully fenced so safe for pets. Thank you Cam and Bill… we...

Very modern well appointed kitchen, looks like 3 brand new lavish modern design bathrooms. The location is central to everything, yet quiet and private. Beach right across the road. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage to anyone and look forward to returning soon in the future."
