The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very good location for a small “apartment style” hotel. Near to restaurants and shops, but a bit away from the lake, so more affordable and quiet. The property was a bit dated, but I found it very comfortable, slept well, and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice apt!! it does have Many stairs to climb and no elevator, but the host was very responsive and very helpful! Easy and convenient check in; really helpful that we could leave our luggage stored while they had our room ready! Offers earlier check in when possible! Top place and top host!

AC worked, but room was kind of hot. We were on the first floor, so it would get pretty loud at night. We woke up a few times in the middle of the night due to noise of motorcycles or people.

Highly recommend!
Such a great place! Me and 3 friends stayed for a night and the manager was the best. The beds were so comfy, the area was pretty good, and such great hospitality. Highly recommend

Great place to stay we loved it but the bins need emptying every day. The cleaner missed a service even though I asked her to come back in an hour which meant there was a smell and flies.

Perfect Location in Como City
Huge thanks to Residence Diaz for allowing us to check in almost 2.5hrs early. It was a huge help to our large family. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was great, and overall in a fantastic location. We would stay here again!

Loved this place! I stayed here as a solo traveller for four nights over easter weekend and it was perfect. Super close to tons of dining options, a grocery store about a block away and a kitchen where I could store fresh fruit and things as needed. It was about a 10 min walk to the ferry station to access the rest of the lake, and about 15 mins to the train station. Bed was comfy, and I stayed in room 10 so I had skylights i could open to breathe in fresh air. Everything was clean and worked well, I definitely reccomend. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, would definitely stay again!

The place was nice and cozy. It was close by the lake and in the heart of the town so was easy to get around. The only problem I had was the wifi connection. It was really poor and would disconnect every few second.

Easy check in with good communication from the property manager. Self luggage storage was very helpful. Great area, less than 10mins walk from the edge of Lake Como with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and suitable size. Thin walls, but only noticeable if you have noisy neighbours.

Perfect for a family of 4
Super location, a walk from everywhere. All we wanted was a bed and a shower. Separate area for kids’ beds and they had a bed each, not a sofa bed. Tiny kitchen if you needed it, plenty of towels. Very easy check in/out process. Como so beautiful, we highly recommend the funicolare to Brunate and the climb to the lighthouse. Magic.

The location is great but a little difficult if you are coming by car. You need to leave your luggage in the room and then go park your car in the autosilo which is 5 minute walk away.. Not bad but it requires a little more effort.

Close to the centre of town and the railway station. Very functional small apartment. The only downside was the poor wifi, not functional enough to use. Ended up having to use phone data.

Great Stay
Stayed here for a couple of days in August. Location was excellent and easy to find with from the train station. Room was a good size with cooker, microwave fridge etc which was great and there is a supermarket just down the road. We stayed on the ground floor just opposite the office. If you like to sleep in then avoid this room as you will be able to hear the main door opening and closing from about 8am. Check in was quick and easy and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Good location but not thrilled
We stayed in a self catering apartment that we booked last minute. The apartment was a quick walk from the main hotel with a convenient supermarket just a little way down the street and a good central location in como. However we were disappointed with the apartment. Everything had to be washed up before it was used even though there was a 30 Euro fine if not left clean. Luckily there was only two of us in with a double and two singles because the double bed’s mattress was literally rock hard so we had to use both singles which we very comfy. Oh, really hated the kitchen in a cupboard thing. If you wanted a utensil or dish, you had to completely shut the cupboard doors where you are cooking to retrieve. Probably a bit dangerous too.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, we would like to point out that our kitchens are retractable with a sliding door. No danger! For no one, as kitchen utensils and everything else are located inside the drawers. As for mattresses, it's all very subjective for those who like harder than others, ours are all memory forms. The accommodation was located close to the old centre of Como. It was very clean, well presented and had a very comfortable bed. The location is good.... it's only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station and a short walk to the shore of Lake Como. The reception office is about 150 metres away and I was welcomed by the receptionist. I would be happy to stay in this property again.

Good comfort for the money
Among 4 hotel rooms and apartments of our Italian trip the Dias residence has been best equipped and good comfort for the reasonable price. But their statement that their parking offer is least expensive in Como turned out a little bit exaggerated.

The apartments were perfectly sited near to the centre of the town. They had everything you might need even down to a corkscrew/bottle opener. They were very clean and comfortable. They offered bag storage for a late departure.
