"This is a simple place to stay on the other side of Lake City away from all the busyness of 90. This is my second time staying and I would stay again. It’s a place more for truckers and on the road workers to relax and get a good nights sleep. All the staff I encountered were supper friendly and happy to help or am so any questions. At less than $100 a night again it’s simple but that’s perfect for me. You do have to request a coffee maker if you want one. My room did NOT smell like marijuana as...

"Not a five star hotel by any means but a five star review due to friendly helpful staff and clean room. Rooms and property are a little shabby and very dated, but for the price the place is comfortable and staff fully serviced the room each night. If I come back to the area I will stay here again. "

"This is an older motel but the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here on another visit. "

"VERY LOUD AND SCREAMING "

"The room was spotless and in great condition. Went to checkout at 8 and office does not open until 9. Wouldn't care, but had to leave a $50 cash deposit. There was a sign that office opened at 9, but had no idea there would be no way to get our deposit before then."

"No trash basket, no coffee maker, microwave doesn’t work, manager was meandering in the parking lot when we arrived, no phone, no alarm clock, hot water is lukewarm, smell of tobacco is extreme."

"Clean, very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the water heater - it had a problem of some sort & the water wasn't very hot."

"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."
