The stay and property was okay. The smell in the room was terrible. It smelled like cigarettes which made it had to sleep, but you get what you pay for.

As others have mentioned, it's an older property, but very well maintained and clean. It was a great one-night stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, and Walmart across the street.

Second visit

My second stay here. I was attracted by the pricing, a little less than where I used to stay. No noisy neighbors. No issues on either visit. Not at all a fancy place, but a nice little motel with clean, comfortable rooms.

What a bargain!

Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom floors were sparkling. I was extremely impressed with the room despite the age of the facility. Would highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay here again.

A very convenient, safe, and friendly location. There is no breakfast, but coffee is offered. The ice machine is non-functional, and there is no iron or hairdryer in the room. But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, this is definitely it!

It was clean enough and comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. It is dated, but if that matters, stay at one of the more upscale places in town. If you want value, this is better than most mid-range places. And if you want to revisit that trip to Florida your parents took you on in 1968, well, this will certainly trigger the memories.

I opened the door to our room and two cockroaches greeted us. The linens were old and worn as were the towels. Coffee was available in the lobby for 2 hours in the morning. We slept and left.

The room & bathroom floors were very DIRTY. The room smelled and we needed air fresher & candles. Cockroaches we're found in the bathroom, which had an exposed opening from the bath tub spout. We only stayed here because of hurricane Milton evacuation and we felt safe from the storm, but would never stay again.

The people are wonderful. I noticed the toilet was not cleaned and toilet paper on floor. See pictures if I am able to attach. Also the waste basket was not emptied. I have no idea how clean the rest of the room was, but it seemed clean. Overall it was a pleasant and quiet stay.

Good mom and pop

Small independent mom and pop type motel that was very well maintained. Room was nice and clean, had plenty of hot water, good selection of channels on the tv, and had a microwave and refrigerator. Two things would have helped—a small hair dryer and the street was very noisy which they had no control over.

Economy

Looking for a bargain? This is it! You get what you pay for here. Wore out bed spreads and mattresses. This hotel is conveniently located for restaurants and water pressure is great! But the rooms are in much needed updates.
