There is an RV at the back side of the property that is a private residence and is not part of this rental agreement.

The RV has its own fencing and a separate entrance (gravel driveway and gate) from this property. Please do not park on the gravel driveway.

A note: Our house is truly in the country which means we have different types of critters such as snakes, spiders, bugs, wild pigs, foxes, armadillos, coyotes, rodents, scorpions, ticks, etc. that may or may not live on or nearby property. We have regularly scheduled pest control inside the home however, it is nearly impossible to combat all insects/bugs inside the home. If you do come across a live creature, please just let us know so we can call pest control to come out. Also, be mindful of ANT BEDS on the property especially if your kids or dogs are outside playing/running around.
