"Parking was good, staff was very nice and attentive, clean rooms, one of our rooms the water drained slow in the bathtub but they fixed it."

"Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge. Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc). Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation. Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders all suggesting card only. Needless to say when we drove downtown all meters took quarters and we had to then chase up quarters. A minor thing but frustrating for an overseas visitor to find a reception with little customer service interest."
