Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty the fridge and take all trash with you to the community disposal station- 4 mins from the house. Leaving any garbage behind will result in extra fees.
Load and run the dishwasher before you go.
Return all 13 guest passes to the hooks by the front door. $100 fee for each missing pass.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
