This is an excellent hotel in downtown Annecy. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel had recently been renovated and everything was in great shape. The windows did a very good job of keeping out any street noise.

The hotel was wonderful, a block from the train station and in the center of Annecy where we could walk to everything. The room was large and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location next to the train and bus stations with easy access to the pedestrian roads for shopping or to old city. Hotel is in a modernized historic building, is clean and has a welcoming staff.

Stuffy room but clean
Lovely and friendly staff. The hotel does not turn on the AC between October and May so roms become very stuffy and hot while sleeping. Windows can be opened but generally open to the courtyard where people make noise and smoke. There were no tea or coffee in the rooms but they offer communal drinks along the stairs and during breakfast. Clean and tidy and friendly staff

Would book again!
Great stay! Nice comfort and staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked well and the bedroom was comfortable. Staff did a great job cleaning the room and the courtesy tea and coffee was nice in the afternoon. Super close the train station and old Annecy, shopping, and the lake.

Excellent staff support, very quiet and convenien.
The staff were excellent and although the internet wasn’t working in our room they offered to move us to another room. They also compensated us for this inconvenience with free breakfasts. The location was very convenient to the train and bus hub. The room was also very quiet, but very small.

Central location. Well presented room with good facilities and air con which helped on hot days. Rooms quiet, couldn’t hear other guests. Reception really helpful. Helped with trips and restaurant choices. Free tea and coffee in afternoons and evenings was a nice touch.

Air conditioning did not work on a 29 degree day. When I asked the front desk for help he told me to open a window and could care less. Opening a window would let in mosquitos throughout the night. To top it off I was charged for a tea without being told there was a charge. You figure they would at least try to be accommodating considering we had no air conditioning but nope.

The hotel is centrally located near old town and the lake. It’s clean and staff is very friendly. There is no parking in premises but there is a nearby parking deck which the hotel partially reimburse you for. Would recommend this hotel.
