"We had a great time! The kids enjoyed the pool table, darts, and hanging out downstairs. The adults enjoyed quiet mornings looking at the lake, and even a few chilly paddles. The kitchen had everything we needed for making big meals! We all loved being so close to the mountain bike trails! Flo ride was awesome, and go ride was pretty cool! Great spot to explore Bentonville! "

"Property is very clean and well apportioned. For large groups of people be prepared to share the master bathroom. The dock has deep water and is good for swimming. Driveway is steep so just take note in winter months but no issues in other months. I would stay again. "

"This cozy getaway is both in a neighborhood and tucked into the woods on an Arkansas hillside which gives a very nice remote/private feel. The short driveway is rather steep down to the covered carport. Our only problem was the AC pre-arrival settings. It was pre-set to 85 for our July arrival so it was quite hot inside the house. Thankfully check in details were provided just as described and we were able to access the house right at 4 PM and get the AC going. The AC works fine and it cooled enough we were able to stay there that first night, and were comfortable the rest of our stay."
