"Host was very patient with us. We had some issues with our email but got it figured out. The house worked perfectly for our family. We only ended up having 2 of our 3 kids and only 1 of 3 grand kids being able to attend. But it was a wonderful stay. Our 5 year old grandson would have had fun playing foosball. We dealt with some construction issues in front of the house and I nearly fell down a foot deep crevice but I made it over to the other side safely."

"We had a great stay at the Modern Retreat in Minnetonka. 7 adults comfortably housed. Super clean. Setting is inviting and private. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, comfortable, relaxing spaces, and plenty of chairs around the firepit. Host is extremely responsive. Communication excellent. As previous guest noted, you may need some additional supplies. (We did find salt/pepper.) Overall, a great experience and one we'd highly recommend."

"This house was exactly what we were looking for. We have family who live on Lake Minnetonka, so we didn't need direct lake access. But the backyard in this house was just lovely (backs up to a nature preserve with a little creek). The is the best VRBO experience overall that I've ever had, and we've stayed in numerous houses when we travel with our boys for swim meets."

"We stayed in this beautiful home for our son’s wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the home had everything we could possibly need or want for our stay.Dave was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our visit and made sure we had all the information we needed, including access codes, so everything was seamless from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again. It was truly one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve experienced, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. Brace was very easy to work with. We especially loved the pool and pontoon boat on the lake. We didn’t see the kayaks or SUP’s, but we also didn’t ask how to find them! Our week had very hot temps, so we only played pickleball once, but the courts were great. The kitchen is well equipped. 5 bedrooms (king and queen sizes) with devoted bathrooms were all very nice and comfortable. I think an office with an air mattress is probably the 6th bedroom and that was perfect for our toddler, but adults might not want it. There is a lot of extra room and couches for others as well. Walking to the playground equipment was a bonus, and easy access to jogging trails. Several local towns were fun to visit and the Twin Cities are close too."
