The Exclusive Tatman Evergreen Deluxe Suite is a stylistic, contemporary modern and beautiful completely private Suite separate from main Guesthouse with private secure keyless entry. A beautifully appointed suite and private bathroom with additional Sofa Sleeper.
PLEASE NOTE: The Exclusive Tatman Evergreen Suite is a private guest bedroom suite with a private entrance and parking that is attached to a larger guesthouse accommodating Arbnb guests.
The space
The Exclusive Tatman Evergreen Suite is the newest in a beautifully appointed collection of modern, fully furnished bedroom suites and detailed with hand crafted woodwork and cheerful colors. The suite has a comfortably cool environment for the Florida hot & sunny days and the bed is an ultra comfortable with a 12” memory foam mattress. The new furniture is modern with a private bath that has a mesh mosaic glass enclosed shower. The suite has maximum privacy and is completely separate from main residence with secure 24 hour keyless private entry. Enjoy a 58 inch 4k HDTV with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime. Additionally enjoy your own private Keurig.

I love meeting my welcomed guests and live on property most of the year.
Other things to note
My location is 15 minutes away from Baycare Winterhaven Hospital and great for health care professionals working late hours with 24 secured keyless entry.
Adams Estate Wedding and Event Venue is less than 5 minutes from my Airbnb.
Great Central Florida location and less than an hour from all the major attractions with Legoland and Bok Towers only 20 minutes away. All Orlando Theme Parks and attractions are less than 50 minutes away. Busch Gardens is approximately 40 minutes away. I-4 is only six miles away.

Minutes from Winter Haven regional airport. Plenty of food options near by too! Edwin was very responsive and the place was cleaned weekly.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was private and there's a nice little fishing pier at the end of the street the host was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!

This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this to others visiting the area. It was 20 minutes in every direction from our places of interest that we went to this vacation. Highly recommend it!

Quick stop
Owner was attentive. Coffee, water, soda,fruit and snacks were provided. Only problem was someones dogs started barking around 2 in the morning and continued for 1/2 hr made it difficult to sleep.
