A full kitchen with essential cooking utensils, pots and dishes. A breakfast area with dining set, a small bar, microwave, fridge and coffee pot. Two full bathroom with towels and all the essential toiletry soap / shampoo / conditioner gel, hot water, a hair blower, and iron/iron board. A 40” Smart TV with streaming channels. A patio for relaxing and memorable time, after a long time in the water.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave clean all cups, and cafeteria pot. Place the garbage bags in the containers outside.
Leave the used towels and bed sheet on top of the used beds. Verify that no items are left behind, since we are not responsible once you checkout the unit.
Turn off the A/C unit. Ensure all stove gas knobs are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect spot for exploring La Parguera

The place is easy to find and walking distance to where are the food/music/businesses are. The apartment is one of a couple on a large property and we had plenty of space. Accommodations were exactly what we needed: confortable beds, good showers, decent kitchen. We were only staying one night do we could do the bioluminescent bay (which is amazing). Great place, great town.
