We had three rooms at the hotel. The air con was not working and the staff were told on a coupe of occasions. The water pressure was low and on the final day, the water was not working in the room at all. Staff were told and nothing was done. The receptionist tried to charge for complimentary water. The room was clean and the hotel location was the reason for our stay.

Walked into room ice cold was told they turned off main for heat, after several hrs they brought a portable heater. The floors are dirty I wore brand new socks when I looked under it was filthy. Hotel advertised for Eid event the whole reason of me booking was told on actual Eid day no such event. I asked where the pool was just to be told it’s down for maintenance. I left an upscale property in dha phase 6 to come to this nightmare! I would not recommend this place.
