"This was one of the best places we stayed during our trip. Everything was wonderful: the apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and in an excellent location for exploring Sisteron. "I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...
