"A lovely traditional house in a typical Cretan village away from the tourist hotspots. Our host spoke good English and was very welcoming and helpful. The bakery sells wonderful trays of Baklava which we enjoyed on our spacious roof terrace, a great place for breakfast too. "

"Wonderful stay at this property. I arrived after this property had only been open 3 days and they were indeed ready! My room was top notch and bed was comfortable. "A small group of modern appartments in a rural location with a great pool and stunning views. 20 min walk from village with good restaurants and shops. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Going breakfast available. The walk back from the village is steep but a taxi was 5 Euros. If you get the exact Google Maps location it is not difficult to find. "

"We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just...

"Positives : * Beautiful location in the mountains with amazing beach views * Very large, spacious resort with lots to explore * Fresh, delicious, and varied food every day * Excellent entertainment with daily shows and activities * Incredible animation team – young, energetic, and friendly * Great family-friendly atmosphere with a Kids Club and safe grounds * Multiple saltwater pools and a dedicated children’s pool * Two on-site mini markets for essentials and souvenirs * Shuttle to the beach runs 3 times a day * Shops nearby and excursion kiosks available * Helpful map and guide provided at check-in Things to keep in mind ⚠️ Lots of stairs between buildings – expect walking ⚠️ Beach towels not included – bring or buy your own ⚠️ Smoking is common outdoors, especially during shows. This is not specific to the hotel but something to keep in mind that smoking is common in Greece. ⚠️ Restaurants require reservations – buffet is the best option Family room was clean and comfortable Minor bathroom issue fixed quickly by maintenance ✅ Overall: Wonderful experience – highly recommended!"

"Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone. The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. The rooms are soundproofed, I stayed on a top floor and couldn’t hear any neighbours which was a relief, food is fantastic but large portions. All inclusive is a must so that you can relax and let the wonderful people bring you drinks and snacks. I had a wonderful massage to start my trip, and a meal in the lovely Greek restaurant. Outside gym has some really cool equipment. I think the resort is non smoking, which is a relief as many Greek people smoke (there are mostly English people here), there are a lot of vapers. I travel to 5 star hotels for work, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, they are without exception friendly and helpful and in a resort like this, they make the difference between a 5 star trip and a less decent holiday. I will definitely return next year. I also stayed in the grand bungalow which was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I’d advise anyone to book a swim up room at least, to avoid sunbed wars at the pool. "
