A prime location with the beach at the bottom of the garden. Ground floor apartment so it stayed cool inside when hot outside. Well equipped with sun loungers and a plunge pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very well equipped. Regular cleaning is a bonus. The only complaint would be old and hard mattresses on single beds. The owner should change them ASAP. Some additional info: 1) parking - the apartment doesn't have a designated parking spot, but street parking is available nearby; 2) neighborhood of a bar - it closes at 11pm and causes no problems; 3) beach for kids - in the morning (low tide) you have shallow waters, but in the afternoon (high tide) the coast gets steep.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé même si il manque peut être une petite chaise haute et lit bébé. Pour le reste nous avons adoré la location. Les commerces sont à 5 min à pied. La plage est au pied de l'appartement. Communication parfaite avec Fabienne qui a toujours trouvé une solution pour nous. Bref je recommande et j'y retournerai sûrement

Está muy cerca de la playa, amplia, aguas cristalinas, fría, eso sí, muy fría, a 1 o 2 minutos andando. La limpieza muy buena, toallas (incluso de playa), sabanas, etc.. Muy amplio salón, y dormitorios, dos cuartos de baños muy limpios, cocina totalmente equipada, cubertería, 2 cafeteras, etc., en la parte trasera tiene 5 hamacas para tomar el sol, pequeña piscina para dejar la arena y la sal cuando vienes de la playa y también cuenta con una ducha muy útil para usar cuando vienes de la playa, excelente barbacoa que puedes utilizar, en el mercado de Lagos hay un pescado de mucha calidad, en el porche exterior cuenta con una mesa de grandes dimensiones donde se puede comer con mucha amplitud. Por las noches suele refrescar bastante, tiene una mesa en el salón también súper cómoda. Hacía mucho tiempo que no encontraba un alojamiento de estas características, todos son comodidades, supermercados muy cercanos, restaurantes a 3 minutos, lo tienes todo a mano. Si bien no tiene aparcamiento privado es muy fácil aparcar en el entorno. Tiene muchos restaurantes y cafeterías en el entorno, pero nada de ruido de noche, solo el sonido del mar. Seguro que volveremos, escuchar las olas mientras duermes es una pasada. Muchas gracias también a Fabienne que siempre está dispuesta para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Everything was just perfect in our vacations. The location it’s incredible, you couldn’t ask for better. The house has everything you need. Supermarkets vera close, also restaurants and bars. We loved our stay.

This Apartment is on the ground floor of a block of properties. Properties above have balconies only. Ground floor has garden and private plunge pool. The location is very central in Luz and right by the beach. Outside facilities are very nice. Small plunge pool for cooling off was well maintained (pool guy comes round once per week) and perfect for the hot weather we enjoyed. Shaded terrace with table seating so you can enjoy the on-site bbq facility (needed cleaning but perfectly good use made of it). 6 sun loungers so no issues with sunbathing. Kitchen facility had most everything you need - fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker & oven, coffee makers (filter and pod, although pod capsules were not clear which make would suit?), large toaster, fruit juicer. Plenty of cutlery and pots pans plates cups glasses Etc. Main room was very nice and spacious, tv available but we never used it so can’t comment on channels. Bedrooms - 1 on suite double with direct access to pool area. 2 twin bedrooms to front of property. All nice and clean with bedding / towels provided. Shower room/toilet for joint use by people in twin rooms (shower room also contains a washing machine). Access to the property is easy, key box at entrance with code provided by the property company. Communication was good with facility manager. No air-conditioning and no Stand alone fans provided If you need that. We found it quite comfortable nonetheless and not an issue (30 degrees heat outside!). Portable heaters provided for winter use. All in all, we really enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend it if you wish to be close to the beach and seafront cafes / restaurants of Luz (Endless Summer cafe On seafront was just lovely!). The views from the garden of the beach are great and brilliant if you like people watching!😉 Supermarkets (Spar & Baptista) are an easy 5 min walk away. Baptista has more choice and better quality. Good to get fresh meat for bbq from onsite butchers. Local bus stop (no.4) is just up the road, which will take you to Lagos and Bergau. Bergau beach is just fantastic ( very shallow slope out for kids swimming) and the beach side cafe is brilliant!

Das Appartement zeichnet sich zunächst durch seine absolut traumhaften Lage aus. Die Bilder sind genauso wie im Original. Wir legten Wert auf Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Der Garten mit Pool war für die Kids ein Traum. Grill für den Papa und Spül- und Waschmaschine für die Mama waren sehr wichtige Aspekte. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Es gab Handtücher und Bettwäsche und es war sogar einmal während unseres Aufenthalts eine Reinigungskraft da. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten super schöne Ferien und kommen gerne wieder 👌🙂
