Denied booking require refund

Although my booking was paid for but it was denied and rejected.Primal hotel at your advertised address doesn’t exists.it was relocated to completely another place 3 km away.they collected my Printed booking and denied any booking.when about to leave they offered me a place in another unknown place 4km away but on the basis I had to pay more ch higher price. I urge you to refund my money to my account credit card. The taxi driver took me to another hotel in Victoria island and I had to pay another 1600 dirham for 5 nights Highly appreciate your support to refund me my money. I have the receipt of the new hotel paid only in cash in Victoria island. I tried to get hone call you but I can’t nsumed my money but no luck
