Management have taken time to maintain this hotel over time I could see it has been around for awhile, yet amenities are still top notch. Meals served in room without surcharges is a plus. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is excellent. Staff are polite. One of the downside is restaurant's inability to keep to schedule. Another downside is noise pollution within the hotel. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Unfortunately the staff doesn't have good customer service. I requested and paid for 3 rooms together and I was given 3 different rooms with different floors. We were supposed to stay together and they refused to accommodate my request. And the staffs have nonchalant attitudes. Also the rooms doesn't have towel or toilet paper and they were arguing with me about it. Overall we didn't have a good stay.
