The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is nice. Then I was told there is northing like free spa entry which was part of what they have offered online. Infact the receptionist told me the spa is separately owned from the hotel. Lastly the telephone in my room was not working so each time I need the reception I had to go to the other room.luckily I had two rooms booked.
