The property
The 150 m² house features spacious rooms. There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites (1 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor). On the ground floor, 3 additional bedrooms and a large shower room with 2 sinks are at your disposal. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator and everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
The dining room has a table and chairs for 10 people. The spacious, bright living room features a coffee table, a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a flat-screen TV.
The private terrace features a seating area and a lounge space for 10 people.
It provides direct access to the large shared pool.
A private charcoal grill is available for your use
The shared saltwater pool (10.4 m x 4.60 m) ranges in depth from 1.40 m to 1.80 m. It is secured by an alarm.
The large pool deck is equipped with numerous lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a solar-heated shower.
