This is a 1 bedroom apartment with communal swimming pool and garden, located in the privileged area of Lagos close to the Marina and just a short walk from the golden sands of beautiful Meia Praia beach.
This is a first floor apartment with lift access.

1 x large, air-conditioned bedroom with Kingsize bed (and 1 x pull-out bed for children/toddlers upon request) with large wardrobes plus balcony access.
1 x large, air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), balcony access plus dining table and chairs.
1 x fully equipped kitchen.
1 x large balcony with dining table and chairs, over-head adjustable canopy plus 2 sun loungers.
1 x large bathroom with shower over bath.

There's also plenty of parking available either at the front entrance to the building or free on-street parking.

Great apartment, ideal location, walking distance to the marina, large supermarket, train station and the town itself.
Fantastic large balcony with loungers to enjoy the sun.

Enjoyed the condo and the location and the price was very reasonable. The only thing it could have added was a BBQ.

Comfortable stay
The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good wifi, beautiful pool and walking distance to marina and old town. Neighbours were very noisy but this is not the host’s fault. Would stay again.

Clean tidy property, close walking distance to lagos and all its shops and places to eat and drink. Very large beach near by or pool in property gardens to choose from. Boat trips easily available from the marina just minutes away.

As advertised
The flat was as advertised, clean, comfortable and efficient. Owner needs to update operation instructions for the appliances as symbols on things like washing machine were quite unfamiliar. Two suggestions:
1) include picture of the building in reference to the main entrance. If there had not been a security guard on site when I arrived I'm not sure how long it might have taken to locate the proper building.
2) Great location, easy to walk downtown in 10-15 minutes but a simple pedal bike or two locked but accessible would have been a nice feature.
Otherwise I was quite happy with the unit and my stay.

We had a good time, where close to the city and even closer to a beautiful beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and the open kitchen invites you to nice late night-talks.
