A well set up and very spacious in and out 3 bedroom apartment with ultra modern furnitures & fittings, facilities and amenities, 24 hrs wifi for a luxury comfortable stay in a highly secured and serene estate in the heart of Ibeju Lekki designed by world famous hotel decorator Kolade Olaniyi who has a track record of major hotels decors in Chicago, Atlanta, Montreal, Milton Keynes, Accra, South Africa, Manchester e.t.c.
Regular 15hrs power supply, well equiped kitchen, a bar, complimentary tea/coffee, daily laundry service, 72hrs routine cleaning, orthopedic mattresses, AC in all rooms.
A high level of comfortability awaits all guests.
OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
None smoking inside (50k penality for defaulter) but can smoke outside.
Refundable caution deposit is a must.
No parties and loud music is allowed in the house.
Minimum stay of 20 days.
Maximum of 8 guests allowed.
No parking outside the house fence (25k penalty applies)
Full advance payment for the duration of stay is compulsory.
No pets allowed

Check - out 11.00am
