"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is...

"The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. When something was wrong staff members responded fast to my needs. Moses was very kind and helpful. The hotel has good cleaners as well. However, breakfast was not so good as expected (buffet style dishes appear in the restaurant area, but it’s just for presentation)."
