In the heart of Vila da Luz, there is Casa Isabell, a 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor, 3 minutes from the beach.

Ideally located, less than 5 minutes walk from the center of the village and all the local shops and restaurants.



Going up the steps to the first floor (no elevator), the staircase is for private use and only gives access to the apartment.

The main door opens to the corridor and further ahead the very light and airy living room, furnished with 2 sets of comfortable sofas. The living room opens to the south-facing balcony with table and chairs.



Furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, with built-in cabinets, electric oven and gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and several other utensils.



Opening with a counter that communicates with the living room and serves as a dining table. Two high benches.



Full bathroom with bath/shower.



Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers. Access to the balcony shared with the living room.



Private parking space next to the apartment, outside the building and duly identified

Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi and cable TV



Bed linen and towels included, except beach towels (which can be rented from CoolHouses).

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.



Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.



A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.



Guests have access to the entire apartment.



CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to assist the guest.



For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.



There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.
