CASINHA ALEGRE is a newly refurbished old town house, which still has some local elements. The apartment at the CASINHA ALEGRE has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail - without "overloading" it ... The rooms are spacious and airy ... There is a lot of space inside and outside. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen (fireplace / dishwasher), 2 bathrooms (washing machine), 1 yard with barbecue, 2 terraces of which offer a beautiful little sea view ... 2 sun loungers, 1 hanging mat and enough tables and chairs are available Outdoor area available.
The 1. Bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house, here there is a double bed 150 x 200 with a high-quality comfortable mattress, the room can be through the double-winged door to the courtyard wide open. The bathroom is over the yard to commit.
The 2. Bedroom is located on the upper floor of the apartment, here are 2 single beds, which can be pulled out to a double bed. It is equipped so that we can prepare you either a double bed with high quality comfortable mattresses and another double bed with normal mattress, or 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa (see photos). Here is the 2. Bad, it is not ensuite and can therefore be used without having to enter the bedroom.
There are also 2 rooms in the house, which can be rented separately.
Overall, the apartment at CASINHA ALEGRE offers sleeping facilities for max. 8 people, ideally suitable for 4 - 6 people.
In the living room there is an open kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob (4 rings), oven, toaster, kettle, coffee blender, expose pot, teapot, enough crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. On request, we can provide you with a filter coffee machine and / or a microwave, iron and ironing board, travel cots and high chair.
Bed linen and towels for household use are available for each person, if you want beach towels, please ask before.
Please note that there are quite steep stairs inside and outside.
In winter you can heat with the fireplace in the living room. Firewood (at your own expense) We are also happy to provide radiators available (extra electricity costs may apply here 31cts / Kwh)
