About this property
Beautiful 2Br Apt in the heart of Lagos. This apt is located in Ogba, Ikeja
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 18-minute drive from the Internation Airport (MMA) and a 15-minute drive to Ikeja Mall (Movie theatre, shopping, Shoprite, bars and lounges, and many more). 24 hrs power supply (govt power grid supply, solar inverter, and generator). Unlimited WiFi and self-check-in with access code.
24 hrs power supply will alternate between govt grid power supply, solar inverter, and Generator (8 pm to 2 am). This process guarantees power during your stay. Just so you know, all heavy appliances (ACs, water heater, and microwave) are connected directly to the grid power source and generator ONLY.
The generator will power on by the security man at the said time.
Additionally, we have a 5G router as a backup in case you need faster internet should incase the unlimited Wi-Fi has downtime or is not up to your expectation. Please note that you must subscribe for the data out of pocket. I work remotely myself and I know how important it is to have fast internet.
Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra charge. Please request this and we will be happy to make arrangements.
