You will stay in a magnificent Provencal villa located on a hill very close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc. This villa is composed of 3 outdoor terraces, one of which is covered with panoramic views. 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed.) 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is in the master bedroom, 3 WCs, a living room with corner sofa, 2 armchairs, a table coffee, 1 flat screen TV and DVD player, internet access, a living room with large table for 10 people, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, etc.) ..)
The villa is located on a plot of 5000m², it is fenced in on 2000m² with pétanque, swing. 3000M² of scrubland adjoining the villa can be discovered on foot by crossing a small gate.

Met z’n drieën hadden we een perfect verblijf met feitelijk ieder een deel van het huis voor zichzelf als slaapvertrek. Het huis is ruim en de tuin mooi aangelegd. We hebben ons er thuis gevoeld.

Bonjour,Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre maison à côté de Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. La maison est très jolie, conforme à la description, et très bien située, à seulement 2 km de Vallon-Pont-d’Arc avec toutes les commodités à proximité.Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le frigo présent dans la location, qui ne faisait pas beaucoup de fraîcheur. Mais vous avez été extrêmement réactifs et nous avons vraiment apprécié que vous nous en apportiez un autre dans l’après-midi même.Le seul petit bémol concerne la climatisation, qui se trouve uniquement dans le séjour et pas dans les chambres. Heureusement, nous avons eu des températures plus clémentes durant notre semaine, mais en période de forte chaleur, il faut laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes pour profiter de la fraîcheur.En dehors de ce détail, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et le charme de la maison et gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.Cordialement,Ingrid et Teddy

Sehr schönes grosses Haus. Grosses, sehr gepflegtes Aussengelände. Viel Platz für Motorräder, Hänger und Bus. Es ist alles vorhanden um zu grillen und zu kochen. Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung top. Auch für Familie mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Vacances entre familles et amis à Lagorce

Super semaine passée avec 2 couples d'amis et leur enfants (6 adultes et 6 enfants au total) dans cette maison. Chacun sa chambre, chacun son espace, y compris pour les enfants. Bref, top ! Une belle pièce commune et une terrasse pour chaque moment de la journée 😎 La clim est un vrai plus pour les après midi chaude de début Août. La relation avec le propriétaire était simple et efficace ! L'emplacement de la maison est très bien, sauf la proximité avec la route parfois assez passante... Baignade dans l'Ibie recommandée plutôt que d'aller dans l'Ardèche !

Belle villa a proximité de toutes les activités. Maison très fonctionnelle... peut-être pourriez-vous ajouter un peu de vaisselle, notamment des verres. Mais là c'est du détail ! Idéale avec nos chiens car entièrement clôturée. Les trois terrasses c'est Top 👌 Merci

Prachtig huis met veel voorzieningen en prachtige terrassen

Wij (5 fietsvrienden) bewoonden het huis tijdens de hittegolf in april 2023, waarbij het s'middags meer dan 40C warm was. Hoewel we daar niet op geselecteerd hadden, was er gelukkig wel een airco. We stonden vroeg op voor onze fietstochten. De terrassen waren prachtig en hadden een geweldig uitzicht. Door de hitte hebben we daar helaas alleen s'morgens van kunnen genieten.

Verblijf in huis

De algemene indruk was goed. De advertentie geeft echter een mooiere ligging van de locatie dan in werkelijkheid het geval is. De weg voor het pand is druk, en om gebruik te maken van de terrassen moet je accepteren dat het verkeer soms de gesprekken overstemt. Dit is niet direct op te maken uit de fotos bij de adverten Positief? De bedden zijn goed, de douche ook. En de airco doet zijn werk prima. Ook al zijn er mensen die vinden dat de airco de capaciteit niet heeft, kunnen we beaamen dat dit apparaat zijn werk prima uitvoert.Daarnaast is het huis voor mensen met een hond een goede uitvalsbasis, daar de tuin volledig omheind is. De communicatie met de verhuurder is magertjes, kortaf, maar effectief.

Maison très agréable et bien conçue. La distribution des pièces et salles d'eau assure à la fois convivialité et intimité pour les hôtes. La multitude de terrasses aménagées autour de la maison permet de pouvoir toujours choisir le lieu des repas en fonction de ses préférences (soleil ou ombre). La vue est magnifique et les oiseaux chantent jour et nuit. Seul petit bémol : la route en contre-bas est très passante la journée.

Séjour très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Il y a eu un problème concernant le four et l'évier de la cuisine, et les propriétaires, dès qu'ils ont eu l'info, ont été très réactifs et disponibles. La climatisation dans le salon a également été très appréciée durant les jours de canicule !
