"We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately the sargassum took over but we know that was out of their control. It was the perfect time of year for us. Slow season. The dining recommendations were on point! The pool made up for the inability to get in the water from the beach.If I had anything negative to say it would be, maybe consider getting rid of futon and putting some more comfortable sitting chairs. We like sitting up late and a recliner or sitting chair would be the ticket. But really, if that is all I can think of negative I think thay speaks for itself. We appreciate the privacy, but the ease of getting in touch with the owners and manager. Lucas was great! If we ever return to Belize we 100% would stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed staying here! The ambiance was amazing! The views are gorgeous! It had plenty of space for our group of 6. It was very quiet. The only minor issue we had was we couldn't get the propane grill to work. Otherwise everything was spot on! I would stay here again!"

"The house was perfect for six people. The place was very clean and the host was easy to get a hold of. She also gave us a taxi service that was great. The view was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The only downside was the sargassum that can’t be helped, but it actually wasn’t too bad at the house. Would definitely recommend for a family."

"Really enjoyed our time at this property. We loved the pool and the beautiful setting. We wish it had been closer to Placencia town as in the lower season many restaurants that were close were closed so it forced us to drive much further to get dinner. Also the room with the bunk beds is incredibly small which was challenging for my two adult children. They made it work but it was not ideal. The BBQ was in very poor condition and was barely operable for us to use to cook dinner. Still loved this property."

"Un-Belizable! We had a great stay for 5 nights! As we traveled out, my son's flight was delayed and as soon as I advised Jason, he sprang into action and worked his magic. He coordinated with Emilio at the Belize airport to adjust our short flight from Belize to Dangriga as needed. Emilio rushed us through as soon as my son's flight arrived and we somehow made the original flight! Manny picked us up in Dangriga and drove us to the marina and then to Little Peter Island on the boat. The island was paradise! Henry prepared amazing meals and Alvin was always there to take care of anything we needed. Appreciated Alvin setting up the water sports, including a floating ice chest full of frosty beverages everyday! Manny was a great boat captain and enjoyed the trips we took with him and the fresh lobster he and Henry caught for dinner. Great snorkeling around the island. The pelicans and ospreys were enjoyable to watch. Saw one manta ray in addition to the nurse sharks and barracuda. An overall great time and many thanks to Manny, Henry, Alvin, Emilio, and Jason."
