Villa Saint Thomas is a magnificent holiday home located in a quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing family holidays, offering comfort, privacy and a privileged setting close to Carvoeiro.



The living and dining area is spacious, bright and welcoming, with direct views over the pool, creating the perfect space for relaxation and social moments.



On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower, as well as an additional guest bathroom, providing comfort and convenience for guests staying on this level.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom en suite, equipped with a shower and bathtub, offering a more private and comfortable retreat. On this level, guests can also enjoy a terrace with pleasant sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering ideal conditions to prepare meals easily and enjoy time together during the stay.



Outside, the villa features well maintained gardens, a large heatable pool (extra cost), a welcoming patio and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and leisure moments with family.



Located very close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shops in Carvoeiro, this villa is an excellent choice for those wishing to enjoy the Algarve in comfort and tranquility.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Saint Thomas! The villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The pool area is fantastic, and we enjoyed the sea views from the upper terrace. The kids loved the spacious rooms and the pool, while the adults appreciated the quiet location and proximity to Carvoeiro's attractions. The nearby golf course and water park added variety to our trip. Definitely one of the best villas we’ve stayed in.

Villa Saint Thomas exceeded our expectations! The layout is perfect for families, with plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the en-suite bathrooms are a real luxury. We loved the private pool and spent most of our days lounging in the sun. The villa’s location is great, close enough to Carvoeiro for dining and shopping but still quiet and peaceful. The sports corner and terrace with sea views were added bonuses. A fantastic holiday home!

This villa was the perfect place for our family getaway. The spacious and beautifully decorated interiors made us feel right at home, and the private pool and garden were ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved having alfresco meals by the BBQ. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to Carvoeiro’s town center, beaches, and restaurants. The whirlpool bath in the master suite was a wonderful touch. Highly recommend this villa for a tranquil and fun-filled holiday!

Großzügiges Haus für 2 Familien mit beheiztem Pool. In den Osterferien war der beheizte Pool besonders empfehlenswert. Achtung Zusatzleistung. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas spartanisch, aber jeder hatte Besteck und Geschirr! ;-)

Tegenvaller

Helaas was het terras om het zwembad niet schoon. Er groeit onkruid uit de afvoerput van het zwembad. Rand van het zwembad is beschadigd stukken zitten los. Het terras is vol met verfplekken. Tijdens verven veel geknoeid en niet opgeveegd. Triest hoe slecht dit gedaan is. De badkamers zitten onder de schimmel, niet goed schoongemaakt. Het huis rook heel bedompt alsof er in weken geen frisse lucht binnen was gekomen. De terassen op de bovenvedieping lagen vol bladeren, niet geveegd. Kortom een zware tegenvaller.

Fijn familiehuis

Het verblijf was prima. Het huis is voorzien van veel extra's, zoals een trilplaat, loopband, hometrainer, grote tv met netflix etc. Hele fijne keuken. Een groot nadeel was wel dat er in de badkamers een vieze rioollucht hangt. Dat zal wel verholpen moeten worden, wil het echt heel fijn zijn om in Vila Thomas te verblijven. Nu stonden wel overal geurflesjes, maar dat lost het probleem natuurlijk niet op. Een nadeel is ook dat je je huurauto niet kwijt kunt op het terrein. Die moet je half op de stoep van de straat parkeren. Je komt via een hek bij een lange trap die leidt naar de voordeur. Door de foto's van de vila krijg je het idee dat het een villa is met een groot terrein eromheen, waar je vast wel de auto op kwijt kunt. Het huis is voorzien van genoeg meubilair. Je kunt overal lekker zitten en verblijven, buiten en binnen. De mevrouw van de Agency is erg vriendelijk, maar voor ons is het eigenlijk niet nodig. Als de informatie gewoon aanwezig is in het huis, komen we er zelf ook wel uit. Als je ergens maar kort bent, wil je de tijd benutten om er lekker op uit te gaan.
