Villa Bodo Prestige, a splendid holiday villa, accommodates up to eight guests and boasts a prime location near the bustling heart of Carvoeiro while maintaining a serene ambiance. The villa offers quick access to all essential amenities, with the beach just a leisurely 5-minute stroll away. Nestled in this charming fishing town, guests can explore an array of enticing restaurants and shops, making the rental of a car unnecessary during their stay.



This character-filled villa sits gracefully on a spacious plot, surrounded by a picturesque garden featuring Mediterranean flora, including plants, trees, and shrubs. The centerpiece is a private swimming pool that measures 9 x 4.5 meters, complete with a Roman staircase for easy access.



Accommodation at Villa Bodo Prestige includes four bedrooms, where two feature comfortable double beds and the remaining two offer twin single beds. The villa also offers two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, accessible from the ground floor double bedroom.



Inside the villa, guests will find a cozy living room, complete with a fireplace and stove, a television with an Xbox game console, and comfortable seating in the form of two two-seater sofas and separate stools. There is also a vide area for additional entertainment. The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto a separate terrace enclosed with a glass sliding wall.



A modern, high-gloss white kitchen awaits, fully equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine (both filter and cups), kettle, hand blender, orange press, and blender. In addition to the ground floor double bedroom, the villa boasts a second double bedroom upstairs with air conditioning and stunning sea views that overlook the swimming pool. Two more bedrooms on this floor feature twin single beds and share a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and double sink.



Outside, the enchanting garden beckons with its Mediterranean plants and shrubs, providing a serene backdrop to the villa. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.



Guests will find a wealth of amenities within Villa Bodo Prestige, including air conditioning in all key areas, a game console (Xbox), a TV, a Sonos box, and a full array of kitchen appliances. A covered terrace furnished with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue offer ideal spaces for outdoor gatherings.



Distances from Villa Bodo Prestige include a 400-meter walk to Carvoeiro, a 200-meter stroll to a restaurant/bar, and a 1-kilometer journey to the nearest supermarket. The beautiful Praia de Carvoeiro beach is just 1 kilometer away, and golf enthusiasts can access Vale de Milho Golf (2.5 kilometers) and Pestana Gramacho Golf (4.5 kilometers). The villa is conveniently located 62 kilometers from Faro airport.



Included in the rental price are towels and linen, including pool towels, as well as the use of gas, water, and electricity. Air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, and the provision of a cot and high chair for added convenience are also part of the package.



Not included in the rental price is obligatory heating of the house at €175 (applicable between November 1 and March 31). A security deposit of €450 is required for your peace of mind during your stay at Villa Bodo Prestige.

Wonderful family retreat!

My family spanning 3 generations all had a marvelous stay at casa bodil! The house is thoughtfully maintained and the pool area is splendid — any time of night or day! The property manager was highly communicative, immediately responded to any questions we had, and worked quickly to resolve a WiFi router issue (entirely out of their own control). The house is incredibly well equipped and perfectly located walking distance to town center (though there’s a bit of a hill to navigate for the walk back up). We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to do it again!!
