Casa Beatriz Magnificent Villa just a few steps from the beach

Nestled on the cliff with uninterrupted sea views, this magnificent villa is just steps from Praia do Carvalho. Clube Atlantico is a prestigious development located 4kms to the east of Carvoeiro and in addition to the private facilities on offer at the villa.



The villa is located on the seven hanging valleys walking trail which is one of the most picturesque walking trails in the Algarve. The infamous Benagil caves and Praia do Marinha are within easy reach.

Fully gated, there is space for several vehicles on the private driveway. The entrance to the villa immediately impresses as it is possible to view the magnificent pool area and stunning sea view. There is an open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors to the pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances but maintains traditional charm. There are three bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathroom and also a bathroom outside by the pool. There is a wonderful BBQ and exterior dining area and a further seating area at the edge of the pool looking to the sea, perfect at the end of the day to enjoy and glass of wine and watch the sun set.

Overall, the location and presentation of the villa make it a wonderful choice!
