It had been a long time since I stayed at such an amazing place. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. Every detail exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly unforgettable. A perfect 10/10 experience. Everything was simply perfect!

Lovely stay and they were generous with check in and check out times allowing us to have lunch before our later flight home. Lovely location only about an 8 minute walk from 2 lovely beaches one with boat rides available. There was plenty of food selection with different options every meal. The rooms were huge and consisted of a large kitchen area a big hallway a big bedroom, bathroom , living area and two balconies. Not sure whether every room is like this. The pool area has lots of sun loungers which do fill up but you’d have to bring your own parasol which they have holders for. Lovely stay and lovely helpful staff too!

Spacious, clean but basic apartment with 2 balconies. - Kitchen is spacious, no dishwasher - Bedroom is fine, beds ok and nice balcony - Bathroom is good with good hot shower - Living room has 2 sofa beds and dinner table. Lighting lacks atmosphere. - Space is cleaned every other day. - Breakfast buffet is basic but has enough choice. Overall good apartment for the price.

Nice place to stay with beautiful view, only comment is they don't have an elevator inside the building and our unit was on the fourth floor so it is not the best option for family with strollers or seniors

Everything was perfect! The location was so nice to be close to the sea! The hotel was neat and organized, so I was satisfied! I wanted to use the pool, but it was so cold I really want to come here with my family next time! This is the most satisfying hotel!

Loved the location of this hotel. 10 minute walk from a beautiful beach! Restaurants nearby and breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty options. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great place outskirts of Lagos city. Good beach at walking distance from hotel. Nice evening walk to the cliff nearby where local live musical staged. Good restaurants and an Intermarché supermarket at walking distance.

If you been there before...this place went down...

This place is rebranded from Be Live Smart Terrace, it's absolutely not the same level any more. You won't have access to Ukino main Hotel pools and water slides, kids activities etc. what was very disappointing. You won't be going to Ukino main hotel restaurant for breakfast/dinner (as it was as Be Live was existing) they replaced it with very very low quality and very limited choice small Ukino Terrace restaurant. They use good reviews from Be Live Smart Terrace previous guests where conditions of your stay were totally different, people might get confused as guests are describing experience from Be Live Hotel and it's very different now. Things to remember: No lifts for elderly/disabled Pool is small and place limited Food is crappy Old apartment and old equipment

The apartment was a good size and cleaned regularly. To get in was a bit unclear because it was late check in and nobody has said i needed to go to hotel to check in. You need a deposit and to pay for a safe which is unreasonable. Theres a deposit for an extra key and for an aircon remote. There is no oven, the microwave didnt work, there are no basic washing up facilities like a sponge or anything and no oil to cook with. Couldnt work the shutters on the door, had limited cooking facilities and no ice tray. There wasnt much clothing space in the wardrobe. We didnt get provided with a third quilt for the third guest, only a sheet. The pool was nice but busy after 10AM. Close enough to the beaches and a few good restaurants.

Saubere Unterkunft, die jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden incl. neuen Handtüchern. Kurze Wege ca. 5-10 min zu zwei tollen Stränden. Schalldämmung im Haus etwas ausbaufähig.

As roupas de cama e banho eram bem desgastadas. A cozinha tinha tudo, desde panelas, microondas e louças.. o único problema era que não tinha uma esponja e detergente para que pudessemos lavar o que utilizamos. O café da manhã era de uma variedade impressionante..
