Villa Sunset is a welcoming and bright residence, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort and sea views during a holiday in the Algarve.
The living and dining room is spacious, designed for moments of socialising and relaxation, with direct access to a spacious veranda where it is possible to enjoy meals outdoors with views of the sea and the mountains. On this floor there is also a guest bathroom.
The three bedrooms are located on the lower floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and private bathroom, another bedroom has two single beds and private bathroom, and the third bedroom is a double. All bedrooms have direct access to the outside, providing a practical connection to the garden and swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and suitable for preparing meals comfortably during your stay.
On the exterior, the property offers a well-maintained garden and a private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional cost. This area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate.
Located in a quiet residential area, Villa Sunset is close to beaches, golf courses, restaurants and bars, making it an excellent option for discovering Carvoeiro and its surroundings.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.
The 7th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed.
