Occupying an enviable position in the heart of Carvoeiro, this modernised yet traditional house is a hidden gem! Carvoeiro is an ideal location for families and couples, offering many wonderful restaurants, small shops and bars. This area has some of the most photographed beaches in the Algarve with Benegil caves and praia do Marinha being a five minute drive from the house.



The seven hanging valleys walking trail is easy to access and gives the opportunity to see some of the amazing coastline the area has to offer. There are several excellent golf courses within a five minute drive. For the children, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are a fifteen minute drive. This house is located very centrally so a car is not necessary.

On entrance level there are three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a further family bathroom with walk in shower. Two have wonderful sea views from the windows. Stairs lead to the open plan living space comprising dining area, lounge and fully fitted modern kitchen. Large patio doors flood the area with light and open to a terrace running the length of the property. The views of the beach, town and sea are simply stunning.

Stairs lead to the expansive roof terrace with external dining area and BBQ with sun shade and a further seating area. The panoramic views from the terrace are breath-taking.

The property is extremely well furnished and modern but with traditional touches. The house is fully air conditioned and has heaters for the winter months.

Incredible view !! Great location, close to beach and shops. Only a small car can drive up to the property as road is quite narrow, but we were able to find parking easily in May. Everything was clean and functional. And really, you can’t beat a view like that 🙂 thank you !

Algarve Dream

Can’t imagine a better place or a better view in all of the Algarve! We could see the town and the beach from both the second and third levels of the home. A quick 4 minute walk down to the beach and all the restaurants. I would t want to stay anywhere else. We will surely return.

Wonderful property

What a beautiful location, high above the town, with views out to the sea! But.. to get to that beautiful location there is a large hill to climb, just keep in mind...the view and villa are well worth it! ( We are 4- 70 plus year olds, but we made it) The villa was well equipped with towels, kitchen appliances, etc. The beds were comfy, wifi was spotty, the washing machine kept tripping the power, and no dryer except mother nature's sun, but again..that view makes it all worthwhile! Had a fabulous 6 day stay!

Beautiful

Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with

We loved our stay here! The views from the living room & rooftop were amazing! There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. We loved the short walk down the staircase to downtown Carvoiero. The home felt recently remodeled and very clean. The was a slight smell from the downstairs bathroom but it didn’t ruin our stay. The listing did say there was a clothing dryer but there actually wasn’t one. We just laid the clothes out in the sun. We would stay at this home again.

We had a lovely stay in this well designed townhouse in the centre of Carvoeiro. Only a 5 minute - steep walk! into the town with its restaurants and colourful shops. The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms on the ground floor are a little dark but that is due to the wooden shutters and we found it aided a very peaceful night’s sleep. The area was very quiet. To address the smell in previous comments from the main bathroom. We did find that it did come and go but we left the door open and it really didn’t trouble us very much at all. Good communication and a nice welcome pack. No car needed just a €60 transfer from Faro then everything with in walking distance. Great rooftop views . Very relaxing stay all together . A couple of loungers would be appreciated on the roof top and maybe a full length mirror somewhere in the house . But apart from that fantastic.

Lovely Townhouse in Central Carvoeiro

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this clean and modern townhouse. The two story apartment with rooftop patio is just minutes away by foot from Carvoeiro beach and the centre of town. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first level (no lugging of suitcases required) are small by N. American standards and all beds were N. American double but very comfortable. As we had 3 bedrooms for 2 people we had our own bed and bathroom. The view from the main living area and rooftop patio is of the ocean and beach with lots of sunshine in the afternoon and beautiful sunsets. We were delighted with the lack of noise even though the townhouse is situated in the middle of town. The HVAC worked beautifully (we used the AC once on a particularly warm day and the heat a few mornings to take the chill off). The kitchen is well equipped, the showers in each bathroom (no tub) had lots of hot water and good pressure and we had ample towels. The mid stay clean was appreciated. The management company was very responsive when we failed to run the taps long enough to draw hot water! A minor complaint is the dim lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms. And a warning to visitors not used to the narrow European roads: the lane leading to the apartment and the parking stall are extremely tight. We did not have a car but even our taxi driver wouldn’t come up the lane to the apartment. The main road to the apartment is quite steep, as our many of the streets. Better lighting on lower level.
