"Staff went above and beyond for us during our stay, they even re-arranged our dates last minute when our flight was cancelled without any hassle and made sure we got breakfast before our early morning departure for our Torres del Paine tour. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fruit, bread and egg options. Our room was so cosy and comfortable with incredible ocean and mountain views. Highly recommend :)"

"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

It’s outside the pickup area for many excursions, so you need to arrange transportation or make it to the location from where your excursion departs. "El hostel es perfecto por donde sea que se lo mira. La limpieza es excelente, la cocina es amplia, cómoda, tiene todos los utensilios. El baño cuenta con secador de cabello y las duchas tienen espacio para vestirse. La ubicación es ideal porque está cerca de la terminal de buses. En el hostel cuidan todos los detalles, hasta la decoración es muy bonita. También, cuentan con el servicio de alquiler de equipamiento y asesoran muy bien a los pasajeros en relación con las excursiones y los trekking. La atención es de maravillas. Hospedarse aquí es la mejor elección!!! "
