"Hot water was hard to get. Some times of day, mildly warm was the most one could get. The room was comfortable, but the wheelchair/ADA features were somewhat in the way. "

"The 1st impression is fantastic. The lobby is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly. BUT if you stay down there long enough you will realize how hot it is in there. We decided to have dinner at the bar so we could watch March Madness. It was so hot that the bartenders have commercial fans behind the bar and then they have little, tiny electric fans they have blowing on the customers. Rooms: Upon arrival, it appears to be very clean and nice until... they left us with less then 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, old used coffee filters in the coffee pot and the ac in the room never got below 71 degrees. The rooms were clean but they are old. Definitely disappointed. Not up to the Hilton standards"

"The house is centrally located near all stores,The house comfortably housed my family of 10 quiet neighborhood. Nice front porch and backyard space.I loved the open concept the house just flowed very nicely. I would definitely stay there againPleased from New York"

"Check in was quick and both the apartment and MIL suite were clean and well stocked with supplies. Communication with Tracie and Jay was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Our stay was relaxing thanks to our hosts, our accommodations and the hot tub! "

"The property was welcoming to pets. Keep in mind it’s a condo so you have to go down the elevator and down to end of parking lot to find any grass. The parking for the second car is not ideal as you have to retrieve the key from the lockbox on the other side of the building. This was difficult with unloading the second car. The place was clean but the listing is not completely accurate. The second “bedroom” that has the other king bed does not have a door and offers zero privacy to the couple staying in that bedroom as it’s completely open to the kitchen area. The bedding such as the mattress cover to each bed is a very thin plastic, you can hear every move you make in it like sleeping on top of a trash bag. The policies also state that quiet time is 8pm til 8am and at about 2am the people above our unit sounded like they were all doing jumping jacks as a group exercise but thankfully stopped after an hour. It was an okay stay for one night. "

"Easy communication with our host; house had all the amenities listed and that we expected. House was immaculate yet comfortable. We were a group of friends doing a short writing retreat. We all had space but the dining table was big enough for us to easily gather. Plus the hot tub and the end of a long day was a joy. "
