The tv was not facing the bed so made it more difficult to watch. There was a used soft drink cup on the counter by the coffee pot. The towels were average. We should have asked for a different room as the TVs in the other rooms were at the end of the bed as we looked as they were being cleaned as we left.

Beds were TERRIBLE! So uncomfortable. The hairdryer was old not powerful. Towels were dingy and thin. Overall, didn’t seem clean. And room was HOT and changing the temperature didn’t help

This is my favorite place to stay as a Purdue parent. The beds and pillows are sooo comfy!! I do miss the light Down duvets you used to put on the beds. Could you PLEASE bring those back?? I love the rooms and lighting, feels like home with the accent lights. Toilet clogged and that was only disappointment. I still like how comfy the rooms are.

The bathroom in the first room we checked into had hair in the tub and on the floor. The second room we moved to had mold in the shower. There was no apology for the dirty bathroom. The wallpaper in both rooms was old and pealing, and the light switches were dirty every where.

The only issues (minor, but notable) we had with our room this time was that the bathroom faucet temperatures were reversed, so hot was where cold was expected to be and vice versa. Part of the headboard paneling was coming loose, and the toilet seat wasn't installed correctly to match up with the bowl. Not major issues overall, and we did notify the staff when we checked out.

Out doors the facility was fantastic. But the amenities worked half way. The fire pit on a timer to save on the gas bill. Very limited WiFi,through there server. It's choked. As for bringing your own streaming device with your own subscription. 2 egg omelette, hash browns, small fruit cup cost 54 bucks. Diner 4 blocks away fed 4 adults a large breakfast for 32. Holiday inn Express Express is my go-to inn. A great choice of a breakfast buffet,free.

We rented two rooms and each was equally dirty. The handicap accessible room, one of the beds had not been changed and was filthy. The other room that we rented didn't look like it had been cleaned properly in months. There was stains of which looked like blood on the bathroom walls. There were also crumbs and food bits on the table. Definitely not worth $200 per night. We had two rooms, which each had two queen beds, but only two towels per room. We requested more towels, but were told that none were available until 9:00 when housekeeping arrived. With the pool having opened at 5:00 AM, this is simply unacceptable.

Needs new room darkening curtains
Nice room but the toilet is stained and is too low for someone with bad knees. Also, the room darkening curtains wouldn’t close completely so I had daylight shining in my eyes at 5:49 am.

Completely satisfied staying at this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it’s just ok due to room conditions (mostly for bathroom). Now I come back and I like it. The room (bathroom) is like renovation. Look modern design, clean, no smell. I will come back for this hotel again on next trip. Hopefully all rooms are like this one.

Everything was great and the staff very pleasant. Only issue was the drain in our bathroom. It caused a bad odor. It was fine if we covered it with a towel. We couldn’t relocate because we had adjoining g room with our sons. They discounted the room a little bit.
