"Pool was closed. Check in was not smooth. Because I had booked through Expedia my reservation didn’t immediately show up and we waited for over an hour for our room. I had to go back three times before I found a knowledgeable person to help. Another $240 was taken from my credit card for “extra stuff” and not reimbursed. The food was Disneyworld expensive and very few healthy choices. While I appreciate it was an indoor waterpark the noise was deafening. The grandkids did enjoy it and it is a great idea and obviously very popular but there is room for improvement."

"I realized they gave me a master key when I entered the wrong room. I immediately went to the front desk. They were aware they gave me a key that allowed me to enter all the rooms in the hotel. They told me just use it for my room and not enter any other rooms. The next morning, I told the front desk about the master key since there were different staff at the desk. Again I was told that they were aware. That it was just like the key the cleaning staff used. They said that the maintenance person wasn’t in and that was the only way I could enter my room. They did not appear to be fully booked. Not sure why they didn’t move me to another room. The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"The room was clean and well stocked for our stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel has plenty of parking, is easily accessible, and only a few blocks from Interstate 85. I was looking forward to some biscuits and gravy for breakfast but this item was not on the bar. Maybe they rotate the menu and I just missed it. Over all a very present stay and I would recommend anyone staying there."
