the property was in a great location. The owners were very friendly and fun to speak to. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was fantastic. The owners made us fell right at home. The property was very well kept. It was a very comfortable experience and 5e owners made us feel like we were at home with family.

Hyggeligt sted, men levede ikke op til forventning

Dejligt og hyggeligt sted. Sød personale, men manglede rengøring. Værelset koldt ved ankomst. Ikke åbnet for varmen. Vi havde tre overnatninger uden rengøring. I opholdsstue blev skraldespand ikke tømt de tre dage. Morgenmad ret trist med billigt pålæg og Hatting rundstykker. Spiste en aften i restaurant, hvilket var lækkert. Dyre overnatninger ud fra ovenstående (1300 kr/nat)

Bekvem og god beliggenhed

Utrolig venlig og imødekommende service. En time efter normal check-in kunne vi alligevel checke ind, da vi kom med den sidste færge. Der var anrettet lækker morgenmad til os næste morgen på det ønskede tidspunkt.

Fætter kusine tur

Vi var to par, som var på en lille miniferie på Læsø, og vi havde nogle dejlige dage på Havnebakken. Vi havde to gode værelser med lille altan i anneks. Super lækker morgenmad hver dag og kaffe, the og chokolade ganske gratis i gæstestuen hele dagen. Spiste på hotellet 2 aftener - skøn jomfruhummer hotdog og hummerhaler i hvidløgssmør med salat, uhm - det var dyrt, men dejligt 😋De andre måltider under opholdet blev indtaget andre steder, især pga. priserne. Rengøringen blev sprunget over sidste dag pga. travlhed, men nåede heldigvis at få nye håndklæder. Der manglede en stang til at hænge håndklæder på badeværelset, så de kunne tørre til næste dag, det havde sparet skift af håndklæder hver dag. Lidt bedre rengøring på badeværelset havde været rart, da den døde flue ved toilettet lå på samme sted alle dage, men ellers et dejligt ophold. Rigtig sødt og venligt personale - følte sig virkelig velkommen på hotellet 🤗😄

Var der 21. - 23. august 2024. Bestilt værelse med dobbeltseng, fik en seng på 130 cm. 😡, blev kompenseret med en sodavand og et glas vin 😤. Maden i restaurenten var meget dyr, men god. Meget god betjening.
