"I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. "

"amazing service! nice clean rooms every day and 2 bottles of free water daily with some coffees and tea! for us it was a perfect location! not too far away from old Phuket town and a quick scooter ride to a bunch of beautiful beaches!
