"We were surprised that the whole hotel was on the 4th floor. It was adequate for a single night's stay but I wouldn't want to stay much longer. The staff, however, was wonderful."

I was traveling with my daughter and she especially loved the pool. I highly recommend this hotel. If I’m ever in Belize City again, I am staying at The Palms. "

"The property is in a convenient location - 10 minutes from the international airport. It is a quiet and comfortable village. The property itself is very pretty and relaxing. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive. My only issues were cleanliness in the room; the blanket had hairs on it that weren't ours, and the sheets were definitely not pristine. Apart from that, everything was good. I would stay here again."

"Staff were friendly, the pics online make it look nicer than it is. The swim up bar doesn’t exist, just seats in the pool. They have a shuttle but you still have to pay to get a ride."

"Interesting place as it is across the river and a short boat ride is required. They are very accommodating to get you back and forth. Great staff. Large cabana room with full kitchen. The cabins are rustic but reasonable for the price. Nice grounds with river view, tropical plants and beautiful iguanas."
