"This place is absolutely a gem. We were amazed by everything. Beautiful and fancy. Everything available. Like EVERYTHING. Check in was at 4 and we got there at 1 and the host let us in easily. She is the kindest host I’ve ever seen. The hot tub was amazing and so did the bbq. Many rooms and a huge media room. There was only one thing: We got a noise notice at 7 pm and also at 11 pm which was weird because we made absolutely no noise. The neighbours reported for no reason as if we are partying....

"I am in BC for work and had to stay over the weekend so I took the ferry from Horseshoe Inlet to Nanaimo. The ferry is easy and an enjoyable ride. The Savvy Seagull was a great place to stay. That said, it was peaceful, quiet and calm. "
