Private Pool, HotTub and Golf Cart in the Village of Rio Grande!

This pool home has been meticulously renovated from top to bottom and will not disappoint! Step through the front door and immediately start living The Villages dream lifestyle. Our home is conveniently located in the Village of Rio Grande, between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs Town Center.

This home is dog friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs weighing no more than 40 pounds each (please don’t ask for an exception, as the weight limit was set by the developer). No dogs in the pool or hot tub allowed.

Our beautiful home is just under 1700 square feet with two bedrooms that sleep four people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a 55” television, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The expansive living area features an 86” smart tv and an electric fireplace for that perfect ambiance. There is no carpeting in this home — luxury vinyl plank has been installed throughout with ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The kitchen has been fabulously renovated with 42 inch cabinets and all of the cooking gadgets you could possibly need, including an air fryer, crock pot, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. There is also a 55 inch TV in the kitchen.

Step outside into your beautiful and private oasis! You will find over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space under the huge birdcage. The large pool is 32 feet long and 15 feet wide, and the deep end is 7 feet deep. There is also a large hot tub that accommodates up to 8 adults. There is a small refrigerator outdoors to keep all of your favorite beverages cold and within reach. The birdcage wraps around to the master bathroom, so you don’t even have to dry off prior to a restroom break.

Please note: The pool will be heated to 86 degrees from October through April. If the temperature dips below 45 degrees for longer than 24 hours, the heat will be turned off until the temperature comes up above 45 degrees. The cover must be kept on the pool during these months when it is not being used. The hot tub will, of course, still be available. WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE.
