Lovely lakeside getaway
Our stay was perfect in so many ways. Dorothy and David were easy to communicate with and were eager to provide us with a with a comfortable and memorable experience. We were convenient to town and Laconia. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided everything we needed to easily prepare meals. The unit’s accessibility to the lake provided extra fun. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

A true blessing
A beautiful place on the lake. We brought our paddle boards and went each morning. Wonderful, friendly couple! Ceilings were low but orange tape warned us of low spots. Very clean and welcoming.

Peaceful lake retreat
We loved the location of the property. It was central and made a great base for us to explore around the lakes region. A lovely hiking trail was only a quarter of a mile away. The apartment was well stocked and clean. The lake view was beautiful. The hosts were lovely people and treated us to some of their fresh picked blueberries. What a way to start the morning!

Amazingly Peaceful Oasis
Such wonderfully accommodating hosts. Beautiful cottage equipped with everything one could need. THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! Sit anywhere in this cottage and look out at beautiful Winnisquam Lake. It’s a no- wake zone so very quiet. Lots of activity to watch on the sandbar several hundred feet from shore. Very quiet cottage, peaceful and just a lovely, lovely place to stay.

Vacation / Work on the Lake!
I very much enjoyed staying at Dot's. She and Dave were very welcoming. When I saw them during the week, we had great conversations. I came explore the area on my bike and use my paddle board and used their tips for my adventures. It was awesome to be able to spend time on the lake before my 2 days of work too and be at my computer to start the day. I hope to go back and visit.
